    Legal Director

    Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Legal Director will act as General Counsel to ensure compliance of MCA-Indonesia activities with:

    II. PERSYARATAN PENDAFTARAN :

    1. Warga Negara Indonesia; 2. Tidak menggunakan/mengalami ketergantungan

    terhadap narkotika/sejenisnya;

    3. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan

    berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan yang telah

    mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan;

    4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas

    permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai CPNS/PNS, anggota TNI/POLRI, Pegawai BUMN/BUMD atau tidak pernah diberhentikan karena pelanggaran/hukuman bagi pegawai swasta;

    5. Bersedia ditempatkan seluruh wilayah kerja Perum Perhutani;

    6. Pelamar merupakan lulusan : Sarjana/Diploma dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, mempunyai IPK minimal 2,50 (dua koma lima) dari skala 4 (nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan); Sarjana/Diploma dari Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dengan

    Akreditasi A, mempunyai IPK minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol) dari skala 4 (nilai tersebut bukan hasil

    pembulatan).

    7. Usia berdasarkan tanggal lahir yang tercantum pada

    ijazah/akta kelahiran pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2015 : Maksimal 30 tahun untuk Sarjana; atau Maksimal 28 tahun untuk Diploma.

    8. Pelamar memiliki tinggi badan minimal 160 cm untuk laki-laki, dan tinggi badan minimal 155 cm untuk perempuan.

    III. SELEKSI TES :

    Seleksi melalui 5 (lima) tahap dengan sistem gugur

    yang meliputi :

    1. Seleksi administrasi;

    2. Tes Potensi Akademik;

    3. Psikotes;

    4. Wawancara; dan

    5. Tes kesehatan.

    IV. LAIN-LAIN :

    Dalam proses pendaftaran Rekrutmen Calon Pegawai

    Perum Perhutani Tahun 2015 berlaku ketentuan sebagai

    berikut :

    1. Bagi mereka yang pernah mengajukan lamaran ke

    Perum Perhutani sepanjang memenuhi persyaratan

    sebagaimana dimaksud pada point II, wajib

    mengajukan lamaran kembali sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.

    2. Bagi yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan sebagaimana dimaksud pada point II, agar tidak mendaftar.

    3. Dalam rangka rekrutmen Calon Pegawai Perum

    Perhutani meniadakan surat menyurat dan tidak

    dipungut biaya apapun selama proses seleksi/tes.

    4. Pengumuman setiap tahapan tes akan ditampilkan secara online dan dapat dilihat pada website Perum

    Perhutani www.perumperhutani.com atau http//:rekrutmen.perumperhutani.com.

    5. Kelulusan pelamar pada setiap tahapan tes ditentukan oleh kompetensi dan kemampuan pelamar. Apabila ada pihak/oknum yang menawarkan jasa menjajikan untuk dapat diterima menjadi Calon Pegawai Perum Perhutani dengan meminta imbalan tertentu, maka perbuatan tersebut merupakan penipuan, dan panitia tidak bertanggungjawab atas perbuatan pihak/oknum

    tersebut.

    6. Keputusan dalam hal kelulusan pendaftar/pelamar pada setiap tahap tes bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat

    diganggu gugat.

    7. Apabila dikemudian hari ternyata diketemukan data

    pelamar yang tidak sesuai dengan data yang

    sebenarnya, Perum Perhutani berhak menggugurkan kelulusan tersebut dan/atau memberhentikan sebagai

    Calon Pegawai/Pegawai Perum Perhutani serta

    menuntut ganti rugi sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di Perum Perhutani.

    Dalam rangka pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Aceh melalui Satuan Kerja Program Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (P3MD) Provinsi Aceh, membuka kesempatan kepada 2.582 orang putra dan putri yang berada dalam wilayah Aceh untuk menjadi Tenaga Pendamping Profesional guna membantu pendampingan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di 23 Kabupaten/Kota dalam Provinsi Aceh. Adapun posisi yang dibutuhkan sebagai berikut :

    1. Tenaga Ahli Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, berkedudukan di Kabupaten/Kota (kode 01);
    2. Tenaga Ahli Infrastruktur Desa berkedudukan di Kabupaten/Kota (kode 02);
    3. Tenaga Ahli Pembangunan Partisipatif berkedudukan di Kabupaten/Kota (kode 03);

    Mengisi Form Pendaftaran yang dapat diakses di www.bpm.acehprov.go.id;
    Pas photo ukuran 3x4 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar warna (ditulis nama dan pendidikan di belakang photo);
    Foto copy Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar;
    Surat referensi Kerja atau surat pengalaman bekerja (bagi yang telah pernah bekerja);
    Sertifikat-sertifikat lainnya jika ada.

    2. Menuliskan kode posisi/jabatan yang dilamar pada sudut kanan atas amplop;
