1. Mining Vice PM

The responsibility of the Vice Mining Project:

1. According to the contract, be responsible for the execution and coordination of the work of the whole project.

2. Manage the contractors In strict accordance with the contracts and the company’s relevant regulations,

3. Supervise the geology, measurement, mining, safety and environment of the strip mining, Strictly follow Indonesia’s relevant laws and regulations and those of the HSE department of our company;

4. Be responsible for the planning of the mining prospecting and productive prospecting and the technical management of construction.

5. Implement the principle of "safety first, and taking the precaution as the main measures". Organize safety check regularly. Strengthen employees’ safety awareness and put safety accountability system into practice. Supervise the execution of safety operation rules to prevent accident.

6. Archive materials and drawings of the department and keep It confidential.

Qualifications:

1. Mine Engineering degree or equivalent is preferred, candidates with a strong proven track recording will be considered.

2. 15+ years applicable experience with large scale mining projects, including project management and execution, engineering and design, land clearing and operation.

3. Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary activities and a proven ability to work across departments and workgroups.

4. Experience in negotiating, managing, and implementing Mining Contracts. Fluency in English Is a plus;

5. Under age 45;

6. Knowiedge’:

a. in Mining Project, design construction and operation;

b. project management, knowing planning software (such as Microsoft project);

c. HSE knowledge;

d. mastering Surpac, Main Scape & AutoCad programs

2. Administrasi Supervisor

Responsibility:

1. In charge of the daily administrative work of the project and translate documents we have with contractors and that between departments.

2. Translate and explained both of Mandarin and Bahasa to all related parties.

3. Archive materials and drawings of our department and keep it cofidential.

4. Call up meetings and record minutes of the meeting.

5. Finish other works that the superior assigned.

Qualification:

1. Graduate from university is preferable S1

2. Experienced mining company

3. Understand mandarin oral and written & English active

4. Maximum age 35

5. Eligible for assignment in Taliabu site, North Maluku

3. Legal & License Staff

Responsibility:

1. Involved in conducting in-depth legal administration, reviewing corporate documents, contract drafting and reviews of contracts, review of product memorandum and policy, advisory works to Business Unit in several transactions and on implementation of the proper usage of Indonesia’s law on daily basis.

2. Provided and managed legal opinions and advised management in respect of business plans and operations,

3. Provided legal agreement and licensed related

4. Archive materials and drawings of our department and keep it cofidential.

5. Finish other works that the superior assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate in Law from reputable university preferable

2. Experienced in mining company minimum 2 years

3. Abie working under pressure

4. Civil Engineer

Job description

1. Supervising construction work and understand construction methods such as roads, building, and other infrastructures

2. Checking and testing construction work result

3. Arranging daily, weekly and monthly work documentation

4. Monitoring and controlling budget allocation and work target

Qualification

1. Diploma degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor

2. Male, age between 27-35 years old

5. Project Design & Planning

Job description

1. Creating and designing shop drawing such as map, layout, cutting and detail

2. Checking and revising overall shop drawing

3. Redesigning shop drawing to be As Built Drawing

4. Designing Genis material, specification, amount, cost and construction method in the work plan

5. Arranging Civil Engineer daily report in the site and manage those reports to weekly and monthly reports

6. Planning budget, cost estimation, time and workforce for each project

Qualification:

1. Diploma degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience as quantity surveyor/drafter/planning and bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience as quantity surveyor/drafter/planning

2. Male, age between 27-35 years old

3. Have experience in mine site is preferable

SHIPMENT COORDINATION HEAD

This position main purpose is to ensure Coal Shipment in ITM Group is conducted according to target established by Management and prevailing shipment standard by planning, coordinating, supervising and evaluating shipment coordination activities.

Main Accountabilities:

• Barging and Transshipment
Ensure the availability of barging and transshipment service to move coal from F/C mine stock to out loading port or direct loading onto vessel to serve each coal shipment as sales plan, as well as manage third party port/ BCT contract in liaison with ITM mine sites.

• Vessel Loading Operations
Ensure vessel loading operation at BoCT, BCT/ Balikpapan Coal Terminal, Samarinda Anchorage, Adang Bay, and Jorong anchorage is conducted according to plan and procedure. At BoCT manage SDB performance and contract and associated barges for supplementary loading systems.

• Quality, Safety and Environment
QSE : Responsible to ensure compliance with job specific Marine Health, Safety & Environmental (MSHE) responsibilities, implementation of MSHE policies and procedures and enforcement of the same, to promote interdependent safety culture in all employees and contractors, Review all risk assessments/Aspects & Impact register on periodic basis and highlight those which are inadequate as per Risk Assessment/Environment Aspect & Impact procedure.

• Shipping Advisory
Provide technical, operational, and commercial advice or suggestion to solve problems related to waterways transport operation.

• Shipping Document
