Definitely right. I always to do diet... Cooking something healthy is one of my way. I try to cook saltless/no salt lately. Having a new idea for another recipe is one kind of happines for me 😊

We should share our recipe to inspire each other. Gettin' fat uh, healthy together 😁😂👌

It's so easy.. Just don't put salt in it. LoL.

Try to make veggie scrumbled for beginning:

2 eggs

1/2 Tomato-slice them

1 teaspoon white pepper

Handfull spinach-slice them

Crack & shake the eggs

Put white pepper-shake as well

Put the eggs in a hot pan and quick stir it

Put the spinach then the tomatoes

Stir it for about 40 seconds

DONE.

You're welcome. You can try with chicken breast, too.

Once you find the original taste of the ingridients, you will find that is not necessary to add salt in it. 😊
